I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional - I got a great deal for my last-minute trip. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. They were attentive to all my needs. The rooms were clean and came with all the necessary amenities, including a balcony to enjoy the view. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, very close to the Anjuna town center and just a short distance from both beaches.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Sunset point was a few steps. The rooms met what we needed. The area contains some restaurants like Hika Mizu within 10 minutes' walk.

Specific Situation: During my stay, there were groups of rowdy young men from outside Goa who invaded the hotel on weekends and holidays. They were very drunk and noisy, which was a downside. I will recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, clear pool, bike rental service, and convenient location. Despite the occasional disturbance, it offers good value for the money.

While the service could be improved, the onsite bike rental was very convenient. a decent stay for the price paid.
